• Coordinated voting, reacting, reposting, or commenting to influence rankings or heating
• Engagement farming or incentive-based interaction without disclosure
• Use of multiple accounts, identities, or automated tools to influence outcomes

Any attempt to distort community signals or Platform metrics is prohibited.

3.3 Misrepresentation, Deception & Scams

Users must not mislead others through false, incomplete, or deceptive representations. Prohibited conduct includes:

• False or exaggerated claims about projects, tokens, or performance
• Undisclosed sponsorships, paid promotions, or incentives
• Impersonation of individuals, projects, companies, or CoinLark
• Scam-related activity, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes

Content that is misleading by omission may be treated as deceptive.

4. Quest, Campaign & Visibility Rules

CoinLark offers quests, campaigns, heating, and visibility features to encourage engagement. These features are governed by the following rules.

4.1 Fair Participation

Users must participate in quests and campaigns honestly and as intended.

• Actions must reflect genuine user behavior
• Completion requirements must not be circumvented
• Eligibility rules and limits must be respected

Any attempt to gain unfair advantage undermines the integrity of the system.

4.2 No Gaming the System

Users must not exploit or manipulate quest, campaign, or visibility mechanics. This includes:

• Artificial activity to complete quests
• Coordinated or automated actions to boost heating or exposure
• Creating multiple accounts to gain rewards or visibility
• Offering or accepting incentives to influence participation outcomes

CoinLark may invalidate quest progress, rewards, or visibility where abuse is detected.

4.3 No Endorsement or Investment Signal

Participation in quests, campaigns, or visibility features:

• Does not imply quality, legitimacy, or future performance
• Does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by CoinLark

Users must not present quest participation or heating as validation or approval.

5. Content Moderation Process

CoinLark applies moderation to protect users and Platform integrity. Moderation is applied proportionally and may be automated, manual, or a combination of both.

5.1 Detection

Potential violations may be identified through:

• Automated systems and internal controls
• User reports
• Pattern analysis of activity or engagement

Not all content is reviewed in real time.

5.2 Review

When content or behavior is flagged:

• CoinLark may act without prior notice in cases involving fraud, scams, manipulation, or platform abuse

6.3 Effect on Visibility and Rankings

Violations may result in:

• Reduced visibility
• Removal from rankings or boosted sections
• Reversal of heating or campaign effects

Such actions are corrective and do not imply judgment of a project's legitimacy or value.

7. Appeals and Feedback

CoinLark recognizes that moderation decisions may be disputed.

7.1 Appeals Process

Users may request a review of certain enforcement actions by contacting CoinLark through the designated communication channel.

An appeal should include:

• The account involved
• The content or action in question
• A brief explanation of why the decision should be reconsidered
